Do I need to buy ray.seven in a kind of software package?
No, ray.seven is primarily a web-based IT tool which is individually configured, offered and invoiced according to your individual needs.
How can I find out if ray.seven is suitable for my project?
ray.seven is suitable for all those involved in the organisation of events. And it makes a lot of sense when processes are involved in e.g. the following areas:
- Participant management
- Fair stand organisation
- Invitation management
- Contingent management (e.g. hotel rooms, etc.)
What should I do if I only need a small part of ray.seven's wide range of services?
No problem. We always offer ray.seven in a customised configuration, this also applies to individual sub-sections, for example to provide support in mailings, in managing hotel rooms, or if you only need invitation management - basically, we adjust the system to meet your needs!
Is everything adapted to match the CI/CD regulations or the event tagline?
When the design is of the essence all services provided by ray.seven are designed and handled in accordance with your CI/CD regulations. This applies to both print and digital.
What about print services or other peripheral products?
Ray.seven services are by no means limited only to the IT tool and its application. We are pleased to be able to provide a full service (even if this phrase is somewhat hackneyed today) if the customer so demands. In other words: we can provide all peripheral services, for example graphic design, print, web programming, mailings etc. and so on.
Is ray.seven subject to participant limitations?
Not at all. Whether the task at hand is to manage 50 VIP participants at a ski incentive or a congress with 6,000 participants, ray.seven is the right partner for you, and does not have any number limitations.
